ABC Radio includes ABC Radio Network, Inc., its syndicated radio programming network, and 73 owned and operated stations located in leading markets throughout the United States. ABC's radio business is part of ABC, Inc., a subsidiary of the Walt Disney Company. The ABC Radio Network has approximately 4,600 affiliate stations reaching about 109 million listeners age 12 and over each week. The ABC Radio Network is headquartered in Dallas and New York.
Access.1 Communications
Access.1 Communications is a New York City-based company which owns radio broadcast stations in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas and Louisiana, including a radio station cluster and a television station in Atlantic City NJ, and radio station WWRL in New York City. Access.1 also owns SuperRadio, a general market syndication company which distributes 40 radio programs through over 1400 affiliate agreements with more than 725 radio stations. Of these 725 stations, approximately 150 are located in the top 50 markets nationwide. The shows are broadcasted to an estimated 100 million people throughout the United States.
American Urban Radio Networks
AURN is the only African American owned network radio company in the United States. It is the largest network reaching urban America, with more than 300 weekly shows, AURN reaches an estimated 25 million listeners. Through four programming networks and one marketing division, American Urban Radio Networks reaches more African Americans than any other medium in America and produces more urban programming than all other broadcasting companies combined. American Urban Radio Networks broadcasts news, entertainment, sports and information programming to more than 475 radio stations nationwide.

Arbitron Inc. (NYSE: ARB) is an international media and marketing research firm serving radio broadcasters, radio networks, cable companies, advertisers, advertising agencies, outdoor advertising companies and the online radio industry in the United States, Mexico and Europe. Through our Scarborough Research joint venture with VNU, Inc., Arbitron also provides media and marketing research services to the broadcast television, magazine, newspaper, and online industries.

Jones MediaAmerica®, Inc. (JMA) is an ad sales rep firm for network radio. A company with a long track record of success, JMA has offices in New York, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, Nashville, and Florida. JMA is the largest independent network radio ad sales firm in the United States. Ads sold by JMA air on more than 5,000 radio stations. JMA clients include Associated Press, Air America Radio, and Cox Radio (Clark Howard and Neal Boortz). JMA represents more than 90 programs or services produced by approximately 30 programmers.
